Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my Lifetime purchase on a new iPhone?
Open PhotoTri, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it. Family members using Family Sharing get access automatically.
I deleted a photo by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes, in most cases. If it is still in PhotoTri's trash, open the trash and tap it to restore it. If you already deleted it from your iPhone, open the Photos app, go to Recently Deleted (under Utilities) and recover it within 30 days.
PhotoTri only shows some of my photos.
You probably granted limited access. In PhotoTri, use Manage selection, or go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > PhotoTri and choose Full Access.
Why can't I delete for free anymore?
The free version lets you delete 20 photos and 10 videos. Keeping is always unlimited, and undoing a deletion gives it back. The one-time Lifetime purchase makes deletions unlimited and unlocks duplicate cleaning.
The storage sizes look different from iPhone Settings.
PhotoTri shows estimates based on the files it can read. iOS counts some things differently (thumbnails, caches, photos still in Recently Deleted), so small differences are normal.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.
